Fire Hyperplane Cathedral
Mathematical Art Generator
The Mathematical Art Generator (MatGen) transforms complex mathematical concepts from theoretical physics into visual art.
MatGen is a bespoke Python implementation that transforms complex mathematical concepts from theoretical physics (Feynman integrals, positive geometry, D-modules, hyperplane arrangements) into configurable visual art. MatGen bridges pure mathematics research with computational art generation, maintaining both mathematical accuracy and visual appeal.
Fire Hyperplane
Cathedral leverages a visualisation system for a concept from cutting-edge physics research, Hyperplane Arrangements,
Hyperplane Arrangements were created using geometric decompositions and intersection patterns.
D-Module Flow Fields create differential systems and hypergeometric flows
Graph Polynomials create topological landscapes from graph theory
1. Cathedral
Cathedral is a Hyperplane Arrangement with the following characteristics:
Hyperplane generation with angle distribution control
Intersection point computation with multiplicity analysis
Chamber decomposition analysis
Multiple colour modes (phase, depth, intersection)
2D lines and circles visualisating planes
